What are different golf rule situations that would cause conflict or confusion?

I'm barely new to golf and I can not think of a situation D: HELP ME SOMEONE Dx! please :( I'd really appreciate it :)!What are different golf rule situations that would cause conflict or confusion? The rules of golf are very complex. Any rule can be very confusing. Some of the situations I see are:

- Proper procedure for a lost ball, or out of bounds. The only option under the rules is to drop at the spot where you previously hit and take a one stroke penalty. Some people say "drop anywhere on the line of flight", which is completely against the rules.

- Loose impediments versus movable obstructions. A loose impediment is a natural object, including something like an apple core. An obstruction is an artificial object, like a rake or an empty bottle. If you're in a hazard (including a bunker) you don't get relief from loose impediments. Anywhere else, you can move the loose impediment. You can always move a movable obstruction out of the way.

- Range finders, or GPS devices. Rule prohibits using any artificial devices or unusual equipment, including range finders. But it says that the local committee can allow them. Many people think this means that they are legal everywhere. What are different golf rule situations that would cause conflict or confusion?Say your ball is up against a fence, but the other side of the fence is OB, you have to play it and you get no free relief even though it is a man made object. If you're ball is up against a fence or a man made object in the middle of the course, you can get free relief, specifically one club length no closer to the hole. What are different golf rule situations that would cause conflict or confusion? There were lots of rules that will confuse you. even pros sometimes don't know exactly all the rules of golf and sometimes it needs to be decided by the tournament officials. as you go along playing golf you will encounter lots of golf rules that you will find so confusing and knowing these rules makes understand the game of golf...

good luck...What are different golf rule situations that would cause conflict or confusion?
There are a couple of situations in which some people may be confused about. For example:

1. If you accidentally knock off your ball on the tee box before you hit it, you may re-tee it with no penalty.

2. You may NEVER remove your ball out of a divot on the green.
