I drive an all electric golf cart. When going out on the train I would like to plug it in for recharging at the station. (it has a solar panel on the roof but sometimes there is no sun). Why would a train station have somewhere for you to plug a golf cart into free of charge??? "Free and equal" sounds more like "free as long as someone else pays for me!"
