What to do to modify my MK4 Volkswagen Golf GTI?

Hello. I have a 1999.5 model MK4 Golf GTI. The color is indigo blue, which is a really dark blue. It is a 2 door. I want to add some aftermarket items on it that aren't too expensive or difficult to install. I already have tinted windows and aftermarket rims. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
