You can do it but one thing it cost lots of money. First thing is to knock 10 strokes off your score every round.

Now you have a couple of things you can do:

1 is Q-school, It's a week of hell and then another week of hell.

Beacuse you tring to take a spot from the best players in the world.

2 Qualifiers for the US Open or other opens.

Your best bet is to join the Amatuer tour and then you really find out how good you are. What are the ways to become a professional golf player?I apologize for doing this on your question ejat, but who is the person that ends all of her answers with the statement "I'm a PGA and LPGA Professional". You don't allow emails and you don't provide a profile. I know you've been around golf for 30 to 35 years but that doesn't make you a professional. That makes you fortunate. Please fess up.
Start young like tiger woods has he began his golf lessons from his father at the age of 4 years old, the younger you are the more quicker you can remember thingsWhat are the ways to become a professional golf player? You have a lot of work to do. If you are dedicated and lucky, you just might do it. First, your handicap is going to have to come down at least 12 points (that's right, to -2) if you hope to play golf for a living. By the way you phrased your question, I'm assuming you do not want to be a club pro, but rather a playing pro. If you have the money, there are several golf schools throughout the country that focus on making you a better player, but they are not cheap. Another method would be to play some of the mini-tour events in Florida. You will have to come up with the entry fees for each event. You could also try to qualify for the Hooters Tour events each week. After some success on the mini-tour or Hooters Tour, you could try to gain your card for the PGA Tour (top money winners on the Hooters Tour gain the exemption). There are several levels of qualifying for the PGA Tour. The bottom line is that it's not easy. Work on your game, play as much as you can, especially competitive golf, and go to professional tournaments to check out the competition. If you are going to college, play on your college team. What are the ways to become a professional golf player?
The PGA tour has a qualifying school to win your tour card for the year. That card gives you exemptions into every tournament. The top 35 scores (plus ties) in the final round of q-school receive full exptions and a few more get partial status. Q-school has 3 different stages and I believe the last stage is 6 rounds. The only other way I know of is to get your handicap under 2, qualify for and win the US Open. A win on the PGA Tour gives you a 2 year exemption. Then you need to keep finishing in the top 125 on the money list or win every other year to keep your card, or you have to go back to Q-school.
it depences on what kind of Pro golfer you want to be. if you want to be a Tour player, then you have lots of work to do. juniors at your age should be doing 0-2 handicap, and play in the JPGA since 12. you should go to golfing school and do golf full time.

if you want to be a teaching pro. you will have to delicate 3 years studying, and work at a golf course. and shot +10 36 holes once before you receive your certificate. What are the ways to become a professional golf player?
I think you still got a little bit of work to do, because you must score not more than 16 over in four allocated days, as your handicap is 10, so your score is around 80-83. Anyway I suggest you to practice more, until your hanicap index is up to 2-3.
First I am assuming that your in High School. let get past that part. I hope that you played on the school's team. Then go to your local Course and talk with the course pro. attend a college and work on your game. IF you can get your score down so that your a 2 or less handicap. and play on the college team. option will come forward. to you yes as others have said it's going to take work and time and more work.

There should be no reason you can't if you put the time into it that means on the range, on the course, and in the gym with the help of a good coach. But also play in your local club events and see how it feels and then know it's harder than that and you have to push it harder but it can be done I have seen it.
Excellent teaching and practice, practice and practice.

Continually balance the mental and physical part of the game.

Practice some more, especially putting. The best players can hit it all over the course but somehow make par with putting.
I would suggest first and foremost, working with a swing coach who will retool your entire game, focusing on mechanics. If you look at guys like Tiger Woods, you notice that the quality of their swings are far better than your average golfer. You need to build a consitent, mechanically sound golf swing that will allow you to shoot good scores, even if your not playing 100%
