My friend is actually the owner of Quest/Odyssey disc golf and I'm sure if you check their site, it'll give you a couple of places that disc golfers hang out on the web. You can also post a flyer or two at the disc courses near your house. Maybe create a website for the local group and post it at the courses. Good luck!
