What is the complete time line of the golf ball?

Can somebody please give me a complete time line of the golf ball? So this includes even the first ball ever used. What is the complete time line of the golf ball?early 1400's: stones (the rounder, the better)

prior to the 1600's: balls carved from wood- the first true ball

early 1600's: the feathery ball was born. A feathery was wet goose feathers tightly packed into a damp leather casing, which was sown tightly shut. The leather shrunk and the feathers expanded, creating a firm sphere.

1848: the Gutta Percha ball was born. This ball was made from the sap of a Gutta tree. As a side note, this is when golfers began to (unwittingly) discover the effects of drag on golf balls. The early "dimples", which were more like randomized gouges, helped the golfer realize more distance for their shots.

1898: The Haskell ball invented. The predecessor to the wound ball, it was an inner core with rubber windings and a balata (from the milky juice of the Bull tree) cover. There were differing variations of core/winding/cover materials, balata was the mainstay for skilled golfers. in 1968, the Surlyn (a plastic ionomer) cover was introduced. Surlyn is tougher than balata (and urethane) so recreational golfers could use these balls until they were lost without much fear of the irons and wedges tearing the covers off.

1972: Spalding introduces the first two piece injection-molded ball; a hard rubber core and a urethane cover. Surlyn replaces urethane a year later (the Top-Flite ball).

2000's: injection-molded, multi-layered balls appear. Titleist launches the Pro-V line, which signals the end of the wound golf ball. 2, 3, 4 and 5-layered balls introduced. Urethane is the cover choice for "tour" balls; the more durable (and recyclable) Surlyn chosen for "amateur" balls. What is the complete time line of the golf ball? The first golf ball was a round stone back when it all started in the 1400s while walking a herd.

As far as the term complete goes, sorry...but, the golf ball is still in transition.

In 2018 the LCD cover makes it debut by the venture of the Asian/EC companies.

In 2019 the use of LCD pornographic images is prohibited except in Nevada, China %26amp; Denmark.

In 2021 the graphic image of dimples as smiley faces makes a comeback.

In 2023 the audio membrane is added to the cover of the ball:

#1 effect is the siren of the WW2 dive bomber Stuka.

#2 primal scream "yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah鈥?br>
#3 "it sucks to be a golf baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall"

In 2025 the United States of Europe attempts to duplicate the LCD cover and is blocked by the

Global Court System.

In 2027 the United States of Europe makes the poor business decision of trying to bring back the

original balata cover with the failed slogan, "why go long?".
