How do I put a value on old golf clubs?

I have a complete set of old golf clubs, with the bag, the push stroller thing, balls and tees. How do I know how much to price it at. It's in very good shape for being about 25-30 years old. I am cleaning out my storage area and need to get rid of some of this stuff. I don't want to overprice it but I don't want to really under price it either. Thanks in advance. How do I put a value on old golf clubs?Without knowing the brand and model of the clubs it's hard to tell you the value. You could check ebay and compare. Most set of clubs that are 25-30 years old probably go for under $100 total. I just purchased two full sets with bags this year for under $30 at garage sales. I'm a high school golf coach and I'm always looking for a couple of sets for the kids who don't have any. You might consider donating them to a high school or junior high program. Maybe they would write you a letter and you could use the donation as a tax write off. Good luck. How do I put a value on old golf clubs?Wow, that's a pretty bad "best answer." There are a few companies that can tell you the value of old golf clubs, two of which are golfbluebook.com and golfexchange.com. Jeez, equipment isn't even our expertise -- golf vacations are!: http://www.golfvacationinsider.com
